July 15th Symphony Pops and Fireworks at WSU - For 28 years, thousands of spectators have come to Weber State to enjoy patriotic music and festivities sponsored by the Lindquist Family.

Former Wildcat to Represent U.S. at World Games - Former Wildcat track star, Lindsay Anderson, has qualified for the U.S. national team and will represent the U.S. at the World Games later this year.

WSU Welcomes New Dean - Coming to WSU from Texas Tech University, Madonne Miner has been named the new dean of the College of Arts & Humanities.

Sunday, July 15: WSU will host the 28th annual Lindquist Family Symphony Pops and Fireworks, featuring the New American Symphony Orchestra. 9:00 p.m., Weber State University Lindquist Plaza and pond area, free, 626-7454. Click here for more information.

Monday, July 30: WSU will host “Corps Encore” featuring nine drum and bugle corps en route to the DCI World Championships. 7:00 p.m., Stewart Stadium, $25/$15/$10, for tickets call 1-800-WSU-TIKS or click here.
