In doing so, on behalf of myself, the participant(s) and his/her heirs, personal representatives and assigns, I waive and release all rights or claims we may have against Weber State University and its affiliates including, specifically, the WSU Alumni Association, Wildcat Club and any council thereof for any and all injuries, ailments, or other consequences suffered by participant(s) as a result of his/her participation in the Junior ‘Cats Club.
