About Us
Dear Alumni and Friends,
Weber State is an award winning leader in public higher education. I often hear how well prepared our alumni are as they begin careers or pursue post graduate education. I am proud to be associated with this institution and it’s truly an honor and a privilege to work with alumni and friends who contribute to this success. Our Wildcat tradition is one of excellence.
Fond memories of Weber’s outstanding faculty and the friendships that were built through shared experiences unite us as alumni. Weber alumni are mentioned in the 1905 Acorn and 105 years later, we’re still going strong. There are now nearly 250,000 individuals who have attended classes at Weber and more than 23,000 students were enrolled fall semester. WSU now offers eight master’s degrees.
The WSU Alumni office is here to help you enjoy the many opportunities available to you at Weber. Whether you want to continue your education, reconnect with friends and classmates, or secure career help, it is our privilege to assist you. We have a newly redesigned alumni website and an advanced online community to enhance your network of friends and business associates. CyberCats, our monthly electronic newsletter, and the WSU magazine will keep you informed about what’s happening at Weber.
Membership in the Alumni Association enables alumni to unite and have a strong influence on the future of our alma mater. If you have ideas or suggestions for the Alumni Association, I’d love to hear them. Just e‑mail us at alumni@weber.edu or call the Alumni office at (801) 626‑7535. You’re always invited to visit us at the beautiful Lindquist Alumni Center and the new Hurst Center for Lifelong Learning.
