2010 H. Aldous Dixon Awards Official Nomination Form

Award Criteria: Qualified candidates for the awards are individuals who have distinguished themselves as members of the WSU staff and faculty, have sought to meet the needs of students, and have achieved a meaningful measure of excellence in their careers.

Nominations are accepted from all sources, both on and off campus. Candidates are reviewed by a screening committee including alumni, students, faculty, and staff, which then submits recommendations to the WSUAA Board of Directors. Please complete this form no later than Thursday, February 4, 2010.
